Review:  We watched the video on how to set this scale up and then we downloaded the app on our smart phones and boom we now can track our weight like we track our steps on the Fit Bit - this is a great product to keep track of how you are doing on your weight loss or maintenance goals.  Its hard to remember where you where and paper notes and notebooks can get misplaced or lost - this is with you on your phone.

It keeps track of your weight, body fat, muscle percentage, BMI, bone mass, and amount of water in your body.  It is easy to read with the large back-lit display.  I like this scale and if I have to weight myself I might as well keep track and know how well I am doing at my goals -
