Review: My son works in a local coffee shop and he is frothing milk and steaming it - along with coffee - latte - cappuccino - etc- all day long. He loves his job and enjoys making coffee and cocoa. So, I gave him this item as I unpacked it from Amazon - he read the instructions and off he was to give it a try - he frothed up some cold milk in minutes and then warmed some milk up and frothed it without a problem. He would like it to heat and froth up the milk at the same time, but otherwise he loves it. He loves it - he says it works great and makes milk frothing easy and fast.
