Review: These oils are strong and smell amazing - they are sitting next to me and I can smell them - at first I was not sure how they would smell together but I really enjoy the smell of them both - they are in the bottles and not open - that is how strong these oils are - and you want your essential oils strong so that they can perform the duty you bought them for.
I like to make body scrubs with sugar - olive oil and essential oils - these oils small amazing in both scrubs that I have made - they are easy to use and a little goes a long way.
The peppermint oil is also wonderful for stomach upset - rubbing this oil mixed with a carrier oil can aid in stomach distress as you rub it into your skin - Or put it in a diffuser and enjoy the aroma all around the house - so many uses for these oils - making your own scented soap -
Lavender for relaxation - in the tub or a diffuser - rubbing it into your temples when mixed with a carrier oil for stress massage - love it !!!
