Heather Anne Wise contacted me about reading her book A Gut feeling and quickly sent me a link to Netgalley.
Now having a Huge sweet tooth I wanted to better understand what microbiome and how it effects my gut.
I found so much amazing information that I hadn't been told about before.
The author set up the book so that is it easy to follow Chapter overview and summaries along with bullet points for the most important information you need to watch for.
I can say I found information to be helpful as I try to find a healthier way for my little family to eat.
