This isn't the first book about how to become a better person but the author Toss Cahill breaks down what hold individuals back from finding their success. The author has it broken down into categories helping readers discover a way to find a better you. The author uses success stories, quotes, and examples that will gives readers insight.
This is your basic self help book but the author is able to add hiss own aspect that will create a unique and interesting looking at creating a better you.
