As a reader I was looking for something that had information that might explain metabolism in a different light a way to keep myself health the older I get.
There is nothing new in this health book and its just another fad diet that will have people creating more issues for their Metabolism than if they followed the guidelines of their doctors.
The book as suggestions that might help those just starting out or those who are fans of the the authors but for this read it wasn't anything.
