Make sure you read and catch up with this series before yous start book 4 or readers will be confused.  This is part of a series and is not stand alone book.
After book one with Bree and Tanner readers will be hooked to the sweet, strong and crazy like that Bree had though.  She gives readers someone to cheer for as she struggles to find her place while protecting those she cares for including Tanner. Tanner will do anything for Bree will have readers sighing.
The story picks up where the last in the series left off keeping the story moving forward with the hope of a wedding at the end of the story.
 Everything readers have read by this author they know this story will be a great mystery with twist and turn, romance and mystery that keeps everyone on their toes.

Kat Martin never disappoints with her action, romance, and characters who come alive keeping readers wanting more.
Readers will keep the loss Kate Gallagher feels when she finds her sister is dead and is determined to save others after not being able to save her sister.
The story is raw look at human trafficking how it truly effects the world around us and while the every day person turns a blind eyes to it these Characters are driven to end it.
Kat Martin made sure to research to make the story real as well as keeping it fiction with flawed characters who created a world of fighters, lovers and everything in between.
The Deception pack a punch that readers will love!

Review:
This isn't a stand at lone series and I wish I had known that when I started to read the book.  While the author Christina Dodd does her best to give readers as much information as possible to be caught up with what is going on there are times new readers will be lost.
The characters are well developed for those who started with book 1 but those jumping in will find themselves a little lost but the author ability to paint pictures though written word will have readers excited.
That being said as the story takes off readers will be wanting more as the book takes it time to bring the intense mystery and suspense will keep readers wanting more and seeking out other books written by Christina Dodd.

Review:
Not really a stand alone novel. This book is part of a series so if you haven't read any of the books readers will find themselves lost many times throughout the book. While the story takes place in a post apocalyptic world everyone is out for themselves.
The story is a second chance romance with cast of characters readers might get lost in knowing.  
Fear the Reaper starts off slow and keeps a slow pace though most of the book.  The story doesn't seem to have a focus unless it is directed to the two lead characters romance.
Being only 200 pages the book read like it was 400 pages.

Young Women Adults watching TV 2000-2007 couldn't miss a CW series called Gilmore Girls.  The series reflected on the difficulties of being a parents, a daughter and mother with over bearing parents who want to protect those they love.
The series was full of sarcasm, romance, jokes pop culture reference that most TV shows avoided to keep from dating their TV show.
The book relives a lot of fun, exciting, heart breaking moments on the TV series.  The first half of the book a introduction to the series, characters, locations and the basic.  The second half was how the series effected those who watched the series how it opened discussion of teen pregnancies, how to raise a child, who is the adult and who is the real mother.  The mental, emotional and physical side of the series and how it effected those who watched it. It covers feminism, small town life and pop cultural of the day.
The story sugar coats the series not really taking of the harder questions of Why did the daughter sometimes have to be mom? The emotional side effects of being raised by a single mom not to mention the therapy that Lorelai and Rory really needed to find a healthy, mental life to find true happiness.
