Review:

This is not a stand alone novel so to say I was a little lost would be an understatement.  As soon as I realized the story twist is Abigail Owens A Christmas Carol the story has a decent flow to the story.

While I did read book 3 the story didn't stick enough for me to remember the characters.

The characters are entertaining enough and the romance was a slow burn from the beginning of the story.  Try as I smite has a decent flow but at times the forced humor took away from the story. The ending wasn't what I had expected but it works for those who have been waiting for this book.
