Title: On the Chase (Rocky Mountain K9 Unit #2)
Author: Katie Ruggle
Stars: 5 out of 5
Review:
Charming, Cute, Fun, Action, Feisty story romance readers and mystery readers will love.
One the Chase is a cute fast pace romance with a great chemistry between the two leads that will have readers laugh.
Katie Ruggle was able to create a wonderful sexual chemistry between two characters using witty banter that seemed natural to the characters. At first Kaylee seems a little worldly but the author makes her grow up fast but also keeping true to the character. I romance and I love you are rushed but the authors give readers a chance enjoy the humor that comes with the romance.
The story moves along at a great pace keeping readers engaged but as a reader I could have used one less someone almost dies again. It was almost as if the author had them in danger so she could write certain scenes where the two leaders banter back and forth driving up their chemistry,
The ending was perfect because it shows you that even in world wind romance you still need time to get to know each other.
The kids from the first story are in the book and readers will enjoy the fun they bring with the story.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher Sourcebooks Casablanca for the advance copy.
I can't wait to see who will be arriving on the doorstep next?

A fan of the old adage “write what you know”, Katie Ruggle lived in an off-grid, solar- and wind-powered house in the Rocky Mountains until her family lured her back to Minnesota. When she’s not writing, Katie rides horses, shoots guns (not while riding, although that would be awesome), cross-country skis (badly) and travels to warm places where she can scuba dive. A graduate of the Police Academy, Katie received her ice-rescue certification and can attest that the reservoirs in the Colorado mountains really are that cold. A fan of anything that makes her feel like a bad-ass, she has trained in Krav Maga, boxing and gymnastics.
