Review:

This is the first in the series The Watchers and can be read with no problem as a stand alone novel.

Jorie is a witch sho is liikeable and readers will be able to connect with her right away. The author ability to bring a fun characters to life with a dark background makes her stand out. Reader will love her because no one has to tell her to stand bac because she knows who she is and her strengths.  The story is well paced, easy read for those who like supernatural suspense. 

This story stands out because the author uses her ability to tell an amazing story with characters that feel read in a world that is not really real.

Book Review: Cursed (Decorah Security #21) by Rebecca York

Review:

The story starts off with just the right amount of mystery to pull readers in but soon falls apart with the lack character development needed to keep readers intrigued.  This story is number 21 and with that it should pull readers into a world wanting them to start back at book 1 in the series and read all the way thought.  Instead it stops and starts so many times it didn't take much to flip though the pages to figure out the not so mysterious mystery. 

Cursed is nothing more than book porn for those who need something sex and little story.  There isn't much to the story and is a waste of time and paper.

Ruth Glick (born 1942) is a best-selling author of healthy cookbooks and has also written dozens of romantic suspense romance novels under the pen name Rebecca York.

Ruth earned a B.A. in American Thought and Civilization from George Washington University and an M.A. in American Studies from the University of Maryland. Shannon Hale gives little girls everywhere the chance to be a princess and a hero at the same time. 

My daughter started reading this series in kindergarten after buying (Yes she bought it on her own) it at the school book fair.  This series brought my than kindergartner joy as she readers about her favorite rebellious princess in black.

My daughter is now in 4th grade and still buys the The Princess in Black series even though she finishes in a hour or less. The stories are tales being able to do what ever you desire with the help of friends and working together to find solutions.

This is a can't miss series for anyone with a girl who has been told she needs to be a princess when she really wants to be a hero!

The art is beautiful and tells tell the story the author has beautiful written.

Book Review: The Line of Duty by Nichole Severn

Review:

To start off readers I am warning you now you need to seriously suspend reality when it comes to this book and the human body.  I was laughing at one point thinking ok this is insane and no even based in anyway reality.  Lets face it there is only so much a human body can do before you are just dead and these two take it to the extreme. 

The story is what you expect from Harlequin and in a way disappointing because the author doesn't delivery on what readers might be expecting.  Unless bodies that are completely broken having romance is what you expect then ignore this post and enjoy the book.

I enjoy a quick fast pace romantic suspense but Nichole Severn takes it to a ridicule level of crazy that is hard to enjoy.
