Review:  When you open the bottle you will smell the ingredients this pill has - they smell hot - cayenne pepper - also loads of ingredients that will help your thyroid and your metabolism increase. I am in my mid 40's and have 5 children - my mother's thyroid stopped working about 20 years ago and she went a bit crazy before they caught that it was not working any longer - I fear that will happen to me, since her sister also has the same issue - well I have been taking individual supplements of Selenium, Folic Acid, Iodine, Zinc and Vit B12 to try and keep my thyroid going as long as possible - the thyroid regulates so much that you want it working and the medication to replace it just isn't as good as the real thing.
