Review: This is a cute children story about a little girl who discovers a wonderful bike in her grandparents attic - she goes off to the jungle and I am sure she will have more adventures as time goes on - 

The story is cute and easy to understand - I would say that reading this to your child or having them practice their reading by reading to you would be a great idea for this book - the illustrations are cute and colorful.  I would read every other page and have my child read every other page -

Review:  Amelia Grace is the manager and booking agent for Atlanta’s famous Castle Rock concert venue. Amelia books the comeback tour for eighties rock star Bobby Glitter but before the first bow of the night the owner of Castle Rock tumbles to his death. The police suspect foul play and all signs point to two employees at Castle Rock. Amelia finds herself racing against time to clear her friends name and uncover the killer before she ends up being the next victim.

Anne Marie Stoddard debut novel, Murder at Castle Rock, is your typical murder mystery format with a heroine who joins the ranks of the accidental detective when someone she cares for is accused of murder.

Anne Marie Stoddard shows both sides of the music world with the groupies, drugs but she also shows the other side of hard working people who work long hours, eat pizza for lunch and live perfectly normal lives. Well, all expect that crazy murders that never seem to end.

Anne Marie Stoddard created a heroine who is devoid of almost all the typical murder mystery cliché. Grace loves music, she is a normal person with no super skills expect people liking her and at some point you could almost see her as a real person.  She does try to solve the mystery but with all murder mysteries she does it to protect someone she cares for.

Anne Marie Stoddard has written a great murder mystery from beginning to end and keeps you guessing to the end of the novel who the true murder is and why.  She uses quite a bit of pop culture in her book but since she is working in the music industry that is to be expected and creates some really funny moments.

I am excited to see where Anne Marie Stoddard will take Amelia on her next accidental mystery.

Review:  I am not a vegetarian, but this book has many recipes that would fit into my lifestyle very well – I am also dairy and gluten free but I still found some great ideas in this book.  The Onion and Herb Frittata is delicious along with Egg in Avocado. 

The book is split into sections – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners – he includes weight loss tips and other ideas for healthy eating and why to switch to vegetarian eating.  Sweet Potato Pasta was good and I just used gluten free noodles instead of wheat like the recipe suggests.

I think eating more fruits and vegetables is a great way to improve your health and loss unwanted pounds that seem to stick to the middle of most women these days – I like the recipes in this book and I think they will be a great addition to my normal diet – I will stay a meat eater for now, but a vegetarian meal every few days will help with me and my families health.
