Review:
With a teenager who has anxiety I am always looking for some way to help him find way to deal with the anxiety.
This book and workbook gives a great guide for parents as well as teens to help find away to deal with not only being a teenage but with the anxiety they face in the world today.  This book can help with more than just teenagers but the examples are mainly to focus on teen saturation.
The author area about Phobias are great and helps kids understand the difference between what is normal and what might be more than normal and to talk with parents.
This workbook is less homework from therapist and more a journal who understands what is happening in a teens head.
