I
started reading this book with trepidation but after a few pages I was
completely immersed in the story and was reading with anticipation. Sara
Sheridan has captured the flavor, atmosphere and attitude of post war
England very accurately. The story line involves prostitution, money
laundering, insurance fraud, murder, Nazis, and stolen gold. In the end
it is all brought together very well for a successful ending.
I rated this book 4.5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a post war murder mystery.
