Review:
This is the second book I have read by Adrienne Bell. I enjoyed the Wedding Trap which wasn’t a new story but Adrienne Bell has the ability to write fun snappy dialogue. Carter the Sinner Saints is a new series that reminded me of the movie Knight and Day with the snappy dialogue and endless fun moments where things do not quite go right.
Carter The Sinner Saints is a lot of fun because the female lead Ally Weaver is feisty, sweet and knows that she wants. Not only does she speak her mind but she doesn’t always think before she leaps. Which that makes for some really fun moments in the book. Carter Macillan is your typical brooding Alpha Male who wants no one and only wants to do his job. However Ally brings out his sweet side causing his men to question who she is talking about.
I enjoyed the names Ally gave Carters men. This story isn’t new but it’s a new twist on the typical Security company stories but Ally sets the story apart. Ally tries to protect the big strong men in her life.
This books is the perfect summer read for someone who loves a little suspense with their romance.
