Review: This sleep mask is very soft to the touch being pure silk - it is easy to adjust to fit your head even if you have a huge head like I do - it fits and is comfortable - but I tossed it off at night and would wake up without it on in the morning - which was fine since I needed the light to fully wake myself up anyway - so it fulfilled its purpose by helping me fall asleep while other lights were on before everyone else went to bed for the night.
I find that anything that goes around my head ends up on the floor sooner then later - such a big head gets irritated by things trying to stay put on it....oh well - if you need to get to sleep with lights on in your room then this might be for you - give it a try -
It does block out the light really well - very dark with this mask on.
