Review: I received these inserts and cut them down slightly for my feet - it was easy to follow the lines and trim to fit - I put them in my brown leather boots that I love but somedays come home from work with sore feet from walking in them all day - so I put them in the boots - no easy feat - but it worked and I wore them all day long - my feet felt good and less tired then usual and my feet did not hurt like they usually do after a long day wearing the boots.
