Making a Grabbable Button from this blog - help

Thank you Molly I now have a grab-able button on the side bar.  Thank you thank you thank you.

I would like to make this image a button that others could grab to display on their blogs. 

I've followed some sites with instructions, but I'm

doing something wrong and get a small little

icon, but not this button.  I use Picasa.

Any help would be appreciated.
