Book Review: Deadly Past (Verona Bay #2) by Katie Reus

Title: Deadly Past (Verona Bay #2)

Author:  Katie Reus

Stars: 4

Review:

I have read many series by Katie Reus and many who have read my review knows that for me the author is a hit or miss.  This story works will and flows with the grace of a teenager at his first dance.  The story uses the easiest way to get two characters together with very little effort between the two characters.

The author uses this story to set up the next in the series.  With the tight knit characters that are all in the friend zone each one circling each other waiting to pounce on their one true love.

The author has a way of writing that even though it is basic it will pull reader into the world of Verona Bay each character readers are able to connect with. The writing is perfect flow for readers of simple romantic suspense stories.

Thank you to Netgalley and the author for a advance copy of Katie Rues Deadly Past.
