About The Author:
JULIA CLARKE grew up in Glasgow, Scotland and came to America as a journalism student in 2001. She worked as a radio DJ in Kansas City, Vermont and Boston until 2007 before moving to New York City to work as a record promoter. In 2009, she moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado where she currently lives as a yoga teacher, writer and avid mountaineer. She holds a master's degree in Ayurveda, yoga's sister science, and specializes in the healing arts of yoga.
