Review: I have cervical dystonia and my neck hurts all the time - when I am stressed more than usual I cannot get my head to stay still - the dystonia causes tremors and so my head shakes and at times it is bad - when I sit down to read I cannot do it if my tremors are bad and this pillow really helps me sit back and relax - my dystonia is positional and looking down makes it worse and yet I have not yet found a pillow to help me relax and read. Well this is it.
I love this pillow and use it on the couch and in bed and my head feels supported and the tremor is better since I am not looking down. I put the book on a pillow in front of me and then I am all good. I think this pillow will also be perfect for traveling on a plane and in the car - we are driving over 24 hours this summer and I look forward to taking this pillow.
Great design and I like that it does not wrap around my neck and yet it supports like I need - also for the back - lumbar support for at work or at church is also great - this little guys is very versatile- I think I may need to get another for car for my back - since I will want it for my neck and my back.
